My husband and I had a fantastic time thanks to Haley Chesna and Annie Authur. These two did an awesome job organizing our trip to Australia and New Zealand. I really appreciated their attention to detail! Every part of the trip, from excursions to hotels and transfers, was just great! When we were in New Zealand, I had a question for Annie, and she got back to me right away and was super helpful! I would definitely recommend Audley Travel!

We just got back from our adventure in New Zealand. The trip was organized with Haley, who was incredibly quick to respond and really got what kind of hotels we prefer and how we like to structure our days. When Haley took a break, Annie stepped in and did a solid job. We kicked things off in Queenstown, then made our way to Franz Josef Glacier, hopped on a train to Christchurch, flew to Rotorua, drove to Lake Taupo, and finally ended up in Auckland. Everything from connections to hotel reservations and drivers went smoothly. There was a minor hiccup with Avis in Queenstown since the rental office had shifted to the airport, but both Avis and Audley more than made up for the trouble. We appreciated not having to book all our activities in advance through Audley, and having a car on each island let us decide our plans based on our energy levels each day. Some of the standout places we stayed at were: Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel, Rainforest Retreat Deluxe in Franz Josef, Acacia Cliffs Lodge at Lake Taupo, and Britomart in Auckland. Overall, it was an amazing experience, our second time booking with Audley, and we've already lined up another trip to Egypt later this year. We trust that Audley will deliver once again.

Audley Travel is an amazing company, and we've taken vacations with them four times now. Recently, we enjoyed a fantastic trip to Singapore with our family, and when we encountered a minor problem at the hotel, Joanna sorted it out immediately. We trust Audley completely. They even provided us with great suggestions for places to check out and restaurants that fit our family's preferences. Everything they recommended was top-notch.

My long-held dream of visiting Antarctica finally came true, all thanks to the fantastic planning by Chloe Harrison and her crew at Audley Travel. The travel logistics, from flights to airport pickups and accommodations, were spot on. The cruise ship (Ocean Victory) was top-notch, and the itinerary was just what I was looking for, hitting up The Falklands, South Georgia, Elephant Island, and Antarctica itself. Chloe was always in touch, keeping me in the loop with regular updates. She really focused on every single detail to make sure my adventure was a hit. Big thanks to Chloe and the team at Audley Travel for making it all happen!

I had a fantastic experience working with Josh Clarke. He was incredible right from the start. Always quick to respond to any questions I had. The trip to Australia was superb and went off without a hitch regarding the schedule. The places we stayed were also quite nice in every spot. I’d highly suggest Audley to anyone willing to hear me out. The highlight was definitely the beautiful Filofax packed with all the info, flight details, and car rental info you could possibly need for your trip.

Right from the initial chat with Georgie, it was clear that Audley Travel was genuinely interested in crafting a vacation that aligned with our needs and budget. We had a thorough discussion about the kinds of experiences we were after, what mattered most to us, and the sort of places we wanted to stay.

We went back and forth a few times, always adjusting our requests, and Georgie was amazing the whole way through - nothing was ever too much hassle.

The guidance and support we've gotten while planning a trip to mark our big birthdays this year has been truly top-notch. This is our second experience with Audley (the first was before the pandemic) since we usually handle our own travel, but we wanted something extra special and were so impressed the first time that we decided to return. Up to now, I can't find anything to complain about regarding the service we've received (we haven't gone on the holiday yet, but the advice and all that makes it way more enjoyable). A big shoutout to Emily Lawson - still just as helpful as she was before we booked, offering great tips and advice, and honestly, it's been a real joy working with her.

After another tour company canceled our holiday just six weeks before we were set to go, we were eager to escape since our schedules were wide open. We had previously booked with Audley Travel and were confident they’d go above and beyond to help us out. By pure luck, I got a Caribbean expert on the line (that’s where we wanted to head) who, in less than two days, had secured us an amazing getaway. The service was top-notch all the way - couldn’t have asked for anything better.

I can't emphasize enough how amazing our journey has been in organizing our upcoming trip to Quebec this December (2023). We noticed that Audley offered trips to Canada and had great reviews, but they didn’t have a ready-made 'package' for winter in Quebec. However, once we shared our preferred locations and activities, we quickly got a response from Emily Lawson, a specialist in Canadian travel.

Wow. Emily not only knows Canada, especially Quebec, inside and out, but she also took the time from the start to learn about us, our interests, and even our little quirks (!!). This helped her guide us to the best spots and travel options that fit our budget perfectly. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, but most importantly, she communicated brilliantly, providing quick and useful advice throughout the process.

The three of us are super excited about the holiday we’ve got lined up, and our initial experience with Audley gives us total confidence for the actual trip.

Thanks a ton, Emily! It was your prompt and thorough responses to my first inquiry, along with your assistance in the details, that made us quickly rule out the other two travel companies we were considering; they didn’t stand a chance! You’re a real asset to Audley.

Ewan was amazing in assisting me with planning a trip to the US for my fiancée and me. He provided all the best places to visit and suggestions on activities, while I only had a general idea of my desired destinations. The spots he picked were spot on, and the activities added a unique touch to our adventure. I’d surely suggest Audley, and Ewan in particular, to anyone seeking a tailored travel experience.

It's a shame, but Audley Travel comes off as pretty arrogant, thinking no one else can offer a better vacation for less cash.

I’m in the process of booking a trip to South Africa, and they just can’t wrap their heads around the fact that another agency might have a superior itinerary at a lower cost. They even went as far as asking for the other quote, claiming it’s standard practice in the industry! (What a joke). Their behavior is totally unprofessional. On top of that, they’ve been sending me emails criticizing my hotel and safari park choices while pushing hotels that have clear issues, as shown by their poor ratings on major review sites.

I usually go with another well-known travel company that actually delivers quality at a fair price.

Audley seems more focused on selling the priciest hotels and experiences that maximize their profits instead of what’s best for the customer.

They’re full of themselves, constantly saying things like, “I’m really pleased with what I’ve come up with and hope you are too.”

They really need to get a grip.

I won’t mention the name of the agent I’ve been dealing with, as that wouldn’t be fair.

Where do I even begin? This was truly a journey of a lifetime, filled with unforgettable experiences and memories for my whole family. Every aspect of our fantastic adventure in Cambodia and Vietnam was top-notch. The guides we had were local, knowledgeable, and super flexible; they quickly became like family during our time there. We really immersed ourselves in the culture, enjoying everything from the food to the travel, and meeting some amazing folks along the way. A big shoutout to Mark Hotham for putting together such a memorable trip, and to all the guides—Sophea, Tien, and Tan—as well as the drivers. Am I planning to book another trip with Audley? Absolutely! My only dilemma is deciding on the next destination. 😄 I can't recommend a better company for crafting an experience you'll cherish forever.
